Start your dining experience with a cup of delicious lobster bisque, share a couple of small plates, order a fresh seafood entree and share a dessert. My personal small plate favorites are the Lobster “Escargot Style” and the “Crab Stuffed Artichoke Bottoms,” they are both nothing short of perfection! For the main course, I suggest you try the “Panko Crusted Hogfish” served with soy beurre blanc and wakami salad, which is their signature dish. If you have a larger party order the “Mystic Paella,” which consists of chicken, shrimp, mussels, chorizo, saffron and orzo in the traditional Spanish-style (dish can also be prepared without chicken and chorizo) and last but not least the “Bronzed Chilean Sea Bass” lightly blackened served with a ginger-soy-hijili sauce. If you’re into bold flavors Doug suggests you try their “Bouillabaisse,” which is their version of the French classic; stock made from fish heads, citrus and saffron. Leeks, carrots and tomatoes with fish, lobster, shrimp, scallops, clams, and mussels. If you are a meat lover, Mystic Fish has a wonderful choice of rib eye steak that is distributed from Halperns, which is a leader in sustainable agricultural practices. They also serve a delicious New York Strip and a juicy dijon-guiness demi-glace Rack of Lamb! Each signature entree is served with salad, vegetable and your choice of potato or rice.
