Urgent Purple Alert Activated: Search Intensifies for Missing Tampa Woman

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Purple Alert was issued on Thursday night for a Tampa woman who is missing.

Police reported that 23-year-old Kacey Leopard was last seen at 7:40 a.m. in the 7200 block of East Bank Drive.

Leopard, who is 5’8″ and weighs 110 pounds with brown hair, was wearing blue Birkenstock sandals and unknown clothing. She is believed to be on foot and does not have a cell phone.

Police stated that Leopard requires medical care.
